The internal combustion rail saw is capable of cutting various types of steel rails at worksites without power supply. Featuring lightweight aluminium construction, it serves as an ideal tool for cutting rails in construction operations such as track maintenance, bridge works, and line overhauls. It offers straightforward operation and includes detachable clamping fixtures.

Maintenance and Care
1. Prior to initial use or after any period of disuse, clean the exterior surfaces of the equipment. Apply grease to lubrication points, inspect the engine condition, and check all fastening components to ensure they are complete and in good working order.
2. Conduct a test run before daily operation to observe for abnormal noises or excessive vibration. Address any issues promptly.
4. After extended use, adjust the centre distance between the two belts to prevent slackening.
5. Regularly inspect the grinding wheel for wear. Replace immediately if significant wear or localised damage is detected.
6. Maintain the petrol engine in accordance with the Petrol Engine Operating Manual.
