I. Scope of Application
The NGM-4.4Ⅱ diesel rail grinder is designed for removing burrs resulting from aluminothermic seamless welding, reinforced welding, or rail wear. During grinding operations, this machine can process both rail heads and flanks; simply rotate the petrol engine and frame by 90 degrees. The machine body is fabricated from high-quality welded sections, offering lightweight construction, convenient operation, and reduced labour intensity. Capable of both rough and precision contour grinding, it serves as specialised equipment for rail head grinding in railway maintenance operations.

Equipment Maintenance and Servicing
(I) Engine
1. Maintenance must strictly adhere to the manufacturer's operating instructions.
2. The petrol engine fuel tank must be filled with a 1:25 mixture of petrol and high-quality petrol engine oil.

(II) Grinding Wheel Replacement
1. Use grinding wheels fitted with an M20 nut at the centre.
2. To replace the grinding wheel, use a 30mm socket wrench with handle while simultaneously clamping the grinding wheel mounting plate with a 24mm open-end spanner to remove the wheel.
3. When installing a new grinding wheel, tighten manually to a moderate degree (it will tighten automatically during grinding).
(IV) Lubrication
1. Clean grinding debris and dust from attachments weekly.
2. Regularly clean and lubricate joints to ensure easy disassembly.
3. Apply engine oil to the feed section oil nipple weekly.
