Working Principle and Basic Structure

Working Principle :

According to the cutting principle of toothless saw, using the swing mechanism, the axis of the rotating slice grinding wheel swings back and forth around the rail axis along a certain track, and the slice grinding wheel cuts the rail. The contact length between the rotation plane of the grinding wheel and the rail section is small, which reduces the wear of the grinding wheel and improves the utilization rate and work efficiency of the grinding wheel.

Primary motion: Through clutch, engine drives "V" belt to rotate the main shaft (sheet wheel).

Feed motion: Depending on the relative tilting of cutting arm and swing arm, and taking advantage of the machine weight, realize the sheet wheel feeding and cutting motion.

Basic Structure：

2.1 Rolling friction reduce wear and increase operating life.

2.2 Swing arm, cut arm and belt wheel is of casting aluminum alloy structure, light in weight and high in strength.

3. The clamping mechanism ensures derail-free function. The center gravity of machine is aligned with the rail central axis. Therefor, even there is some loosening happens, the machine doesn't run off the straight.

4. Engine seat is of separated casting aluminum alloy, light in weight.

5. Supportive wheel is added to the traveling mechanism, ensuring moving evenly on the ground.
