Scope of Application

QG-3 Ⅱ electric rail cutting machine is suitable for cutting 43 kg / m ~ 75 kg / m rail. The quality of cutting section meets the requirements of railway industry standard. It is the necessary equipment for railway maintenance department to overhaul, repair and rush repair. It has the advantages of fast cutting speed, high utilization rate of slice grinding wheel, high cutting section quality, simple operation, easy movement, safe use and wide application range.

Maintenance

1. Lubrication shall be maintained between the swing arm and the long shaft, and lubricating oil shall be regularly injected into the oil filling nozzle.

2. After running for 500 hours, the main shaft bearing should be removed and cleaned, and the grease should be replaced.

3. The swing arm and cutting arm are connected by threaded pin shaft, which has been adjusted before leaving the factory. When it is loose after wear, the lock nut can be loosened, the threaded pin shaft can be rotated, and the axial clearance of various parts can be adjusted to make them rotate with each other without axial movement, and then the nut can be locked.

4. The tension of V-belt drive is adjusted by the rotation of two hexagon bolts.

5. It is not allowed to throw or fall during use and transportation.

6. If it is not used for a long time, it should be placed in a ventilated, dry warehouse without corrosive gas. In case of damp or rain, the insulation resistance should be measured with a 500V megohmmeter before use, and the insulation resistance of the electrical device to the base should not be less than 7MΩ.

7. Check whether the power cord, plug and switch are in good condition before use, otherwise they cannot be used. Before inserting into the power socket, the motor switch should be in the "off" position. The plug and socket must be matched and correctly grounded.

8. Do not make the power cord contact with heat source and grease. Prevent the power cord from being scratched, cut and rolled.

9. Sheet grinding wheel should be moisture-proof, anti-collision, anti pressure.

10. Do not let the machine be drenched. If it is drenched, wipe the gasoline engine and all parts of the machine dry. The grinding wheel can be used after drying.
