Basic Structure 

●The swing arm shaft and bushing employ a rolling friction design, reducing component wear and extending the equipment's service life.

●Components such as the swing arm, cutting arm, and pulley are made of cast aluminum alloy, achieving a balance between lightweight construction and high strength.

●The clamping mechanism features a derailment prevention function. When placed on the rail, the machine's center of gravity aligns with the rail's central axis, preventing tilting or shifting even if the clamping screw becomes loose.

●The internal combustion engine base utilizes a split-type cast aluminum alloy structure, further optimizing the overall machine weight.

●The traveling mechanism is equipped with auxiliary support wheels, ensuring stable and smooth movement when pushing the machine on the ground.

Working Principle

The equipment is based on the friction saw cutting technology. Through a swinging mechanism, it drives the high-speed rotating abrasive disc to oscillate back and forth along a specific trajectory around the rail's axis, achieving precise cutting of the rail. The contact area between the rotating plane of the abrasive disc and the rail cross-section is small, effectively reducing abrasive wear and improving both disc utilization and operational efficiency.

Main Motion: The power from the internal combustion engine is transmitted via the pulley and drive V-belt to the main shaft, which drives the abrasive disc to rotate at high speed.

Feed Motion: The feed and cutting action of the abrasive disc is accomplished through the relative swinging movement between the cutting arm and the swing arm, utilizing the machine's own weight.
