Basic structure and working principle
Working principle: The gasoline engine is driven by a clutch and a belt to cause the spindle (grinding wheel) to rotate, and then the microcomputer controls the stepper motor to rotate the screw and drive the nut up and down to achieve vertical feed and grinding motion, while the horizontal direction The feed grinding mainly relies on the angle lever operation.
The small frame is equipped with a stepper motor and an angle plate, which can tilt the grinding wheel to the left and right at an angle greater than 35° to adapt to various bevel grinding needs, and each angle is equipped with a self-locking device. The large frame is pushed to move longitudinally along the rail repeatedly to complete the grinding work. At the same time, the small frame is equipped with a light, so that all-weather operations are not affected.
