Working Principle and Basic Structure
Working Principle:
The internal combustion engine transmits the power directly to the bowl shaped grinding wheel through the multi wedge belt to produce the rotary motion, that is, the main grinding motion. At the same time, the rotating hand wheel drives the internal combustion engine and the bowl shaped grinding wheel to move along the axial direction of the lead screw (guide rod) through the rotary movement of the screw mechanism (lead screw and screw nut), that is, the end face of the rail is subject to axial feed grinding; the left and right moving grinding machines grind the rail longitudinally and move the profiling grinding rail along the rail top contour.
