Usage

1. Inspection Before Use:

(1) Fill about 3/4 ~ 4/5 clean hydraulic oil into the oil tank. If the oil is not enough in use, add hydraulic oil.

(2) Check if the opening and closing of the unloading valve is stable.

(3) Check whether the connection and fastening parts are loose and oil leakage

(4) Pull the handle to fill oil into the oil cylinder and then unload it. Repeat the oil filling and then unload it. After reciprocating several times, the air in the oil cylinder can be removed.

2. Operation Steps:

(1) Put the machine under the rail between the two sleepers, make the arm close to the rail bottom, close the oil return valve, and then shake the handle. The double plunger pump continuously sucks and presses the oil to make the piston extend, and the arm pushes the rail forward to move the track.

(2) Open the oil return valve to unload the hydraulic system and get off the track.
