Basic Structure and Working PrincipleWorking Principle:

Upon powering the motor, the rotor shaft fitted with an eccentric iron rotates at high speed, generating a directionally changing centrifugal force (disturbing force). This force is transmitted to the pick plate and pick head, causing them to vibrate. This action serves to tamp the ballast stones within the track bed.

Basic structure: 1 Handle, 2 Switch assembly, 3 Cushioning bracket, 4 Cable, 5 Mounting base, 6 Shock-absorbing block, 7 Vibrating plate, 8 Vibrating head, 9 Motor, 10 Vibrating body.

 Operating Procedures and Maintenance
1. Inspect whether the connecting bolts between the tamping frame and electric pickaxe are secure, and verify that power plugs, cables, and socket connections are in good condition.
2. After connecting the power supply, run the equipment idle for one minute to observe normal operation. Only commence work once normal functioning is confirmed.
3. Position the pick 20-30mm below the sleeper edge, with the pick plate at a 45º angle to the sleeper edge line. Gradually increase the angle to approximately 80º during tamping, repeatedly lifting the pick to drive ballast into the sleeper base.
4. When in use, ensure the power cord is not taut to prevent breakage. When not in use, coil the cord neatly and store it in a well-ventilated warehouse. Take care to protect against dampness and avoid carelessly dropping or throwing this equipment.
