Working Principle:

Rail Track Jack adopts telescopic sleeve and double pump, the whole machine is composed of base, oil tank, plunger pump, telescopic oil cylinder, oil return valve, safety valve, etc. Under the action of plunger pump, the machine has self-priming function and can rise rapidly when it is under no-load or light load. It has the characteristics of good operation effect, fast working efficiency, time and labor saving.

Usage and Precautions

During the track lifting operation, place the track lifting equipment on the track bed to make sure that the track lifting plate extend to the bottom of the rail, tighten the oil return valve, adjust the strong magnetic cushion outside the oil cylinder to the side of the rail head, and then move the track lifting equipment to the rail direction to make the cushion close to the rail head, then lift the handle inserted in the handle socket, and inject the pressure oil into the oil cylinder, cylinder block and magnetic cushion at the same time After the operation is completed, the oil return valve is opened and the magnetic pad is removed. The oil cylinder will be reset under the action of rail weight, and the track lifting equipment can be taken out.

The following points should be paid attention to during the operation:

1. The equipment uses oil as the medium to transmit power. Therefore, it is necessary to keep enough oil and clean in use. If the oil is not enough, unscrewed the filling plug and add #30 mechanical oil, until the level is 10 mm away from the top of the oil tank.

2. Pay attention to keep the machine clean. When using, do not throw it or damage the machine. After using, press the piston rod to the bottom.

3. Keep the rotation of the oil return valve rod flexible. It can be tightened by hand generally, it is strictly forbidden to knock with other objects.

4. When starting to lift the track, due to the small lifting weight, the operator can lift the handle at a larger angle to improve the working efficiency. When the rail is lifted to a certain height and the hands feel heavy, the angle of lifting the handle can be smaller, otherwise it will be laborious and easy to damage the machine parts.

5. Prevent the loss of magnetic cushion strictly, and put the cushion and the machine together after the operation.
