Rail Wrench

NLB-300 is suitable for loosening and fastening the tie bolt and nut of railway track. With features of powerful impact force and integrated operating system, it can supply the demand of the locking torque to fasten the rail fastenings conveniently and quickly. It adopts a traveling unit with 4 rotary wheels at the base. Therefore, it's suitable for traveling on land as well as on rail with good mobility. It's an ideal special tool to loosen & fasten the tie bolt & nut replacing the heavy manual labor.

Usage and Maintenance

1. Check if the transmitting part is flexible, if the bolted joint is loose.

2. Shift the 3 to allow the working part remain in neutral position.

3. Fill oil and fuel according to the engine manual. Start the engine and allow it run idly for a moment. After working properly, be ready to start working.

4. Put the equipment on the rail, pull out the plug at the rotation shaft of the land wheel, turn the wheel on both sides of the land, and insert the pin into the locating hole, so as not to scratch and touch the rail when the equipment is working, which brings inconvenience to the operation.

5. Pull the 3 to the desired rotary direction (loosen or fasten), hold the operating handle to aim the socket at the nut and allow the socket hold up the nut. Then rotate the 4 to loosen or fasten the nut in a striking mode.
