Product Advantages

Efficient Operation Capability
Internal combustion drive: Generates high torque through an internal combustion mechanism, enabling a single operator to complete tasks and reducing labor requirements.

Portability and Mobility
Compact size: With a lightweight and structurally compact design, it is easy to carry and deploy quickly, allowing work to be carried out without blocking railway lines.
Adaptability to complex terrains: Suitable for areas difficult to access by large machinery, such as switches, tunnels, bridges, and culverts.

Environmental Adaptability
Vibration-damping design: A two-stage handle vibration-damping system, reducing operator fatigue and enhancing safety.

Product Design&Components

Structurally, a railway impact wrench primarily consists of the following components:

Power System: This refers to the small gasoline engine, which includes the cylinder block, piston, carburetor (or electronic fuel injection system), ignition system (such as the spark plug), and exhaust muffler. This section is responsible for generating the initial power.

Transmission and Impact System: This is the core of the tool. It includes a reduction gearbox, which lowers the engine's high rotational speed to a level suitable for impact work, and an impact mechanism responsible for converting rotational energy into impact energy.
Operation and Control Section: This includes the starting mechanism (pull-cord start or electric start), throttle control lever, kill switch, and other components that facilitate user operation of the machine.

Auxiliary Components: This includes the sturdy housing frame, handles designed for easy portability, and the output shaft for mounting sockets.

Product Application

Railway Track Maintenance
Used for loosening or tightening sleeper nuts on both sides of the rail, improving the efficiency of track maintenance.

Suitable for high-speed rail, subway, and other rail scenarios, capable of handling high-strength and fastening tasks such as rail joints and sleeper bolts.

Mechanical Equipment and Steel Structures
Disassembling and assembling large bolts, and pre-tightening high-strength nuts, making it suitable for tasks like mechanical equipment assembly and steel structure connections.
Its compact body and high torque output enable it to perform effectively in limited spaces or on vertical surfaces.

Other Industrial Scenarios
Vehicle maintenance, scaffold construction, and other tasks requiring frequent load changes.
Can be fitted for auxiliary tasks such as breaking up compacted ballast.

Precautions

Pre-Operation Preparation

Inspect the equipment: Ensure the engine, transmission components, and fuel system are in normal working condition. Use oil and fuel that meet specifications, and avoid fuel spills or prolonged storage of mixed fuels.

Personal protective equipment : Wear protective clothing, safety shoes, gloves, safety glasses and earplugs. Avoid wearing jewelry or loose clothing.

During Operation

Proper usage:

Socket security: Use dedicated sockets and ensure they are securely attached to prevent loosening or slippage.

Torque control: Adjust the torque according to requirements (e.g., the Master 35 model offers 5 adjustable torque settings) to avoid exceeding limits and causing damage.

Working at height or in confined spaces: Secure safety harnesses, maintain tool balance, and prevent falls or rebound incidents.

Handling abnormalities: If abnormal noise, overheating, or jamming occurs, stop the tool immediately and conduct an inspection.

Maintenance and Storage

Regular maintenance:

Lubrication: Check the bevel gear reduction mechanism and apply grease every 48 hours. Inspect and replenish the booster oil monthly.

Cleaning: Clean the tool after use and store it in a dry, well-ventilated area to prevent corrosion.

Component replacement: Replace worn or damaged wrenches promptly. Do not use low-quality sockets.

Additional Requirements

Prohibit improper use: Do not use the wrench as a pry bar or hammer. Avoid tightening or loosening rusted bolts.

Training and supervision: New employees must receive professional training and should be guided by experienced personnel during operation.
