1. Wide Rail Compatibility
Can cut 43-50-60-75kg/m steel rails, both seamless and jointed lines can be operated.

2. Safety Protection Structure

• Equipped with a grinding wheel reverse rotation protection device to prevent the grinding wheel from cracking and injuring people in reverse direction;

• The clamping device is equipped with a derailment prevention mechanism, allowing it to be clamped onto the rail for operation without sliding off the track;

• The entire machine is equipped with wheels, which can be pushed and moved on the rail or on the ground, facilitating transfer.

 

 

3. Excellent Cutting Quality
Bidirectional oscillation cutting, flat cutting surface, no burn marks or bluing; the cutting surface verticality ≤ 0.5mm, meeting the process standards for rail welding before installation; cutting time for 60kg/m steel rail ≤ 120 seconds, generally completed in about 90 seconds.

4. High Material Utilization Rate
Grinding wheel specification: Φ400×Φ32×4mm
60kg steel rail can be cut ≥ 3 times with one grinding wheel; 50kg steel rail ≥ 4 times.

• Aluminum motor housing: entire machine 54kg, lightweight;

• Cast iron motor housing: entire machine 64kg, better impact resistance, heavier.
