NCM-4II rail switch grinding machine is mainly used to grind switch point rail, frog point rail, wing rail top surface and side face fatty edge as well as top surface and side face fatty edge of various kind of rail. Basic structure and working principle

Gasoline engine power output through v-belt transmission, make main shaft( grinding wheel) to produce rotary motion, through regulating tilt manipulation, locking grinding device in operation position, pressing down vertical control handle, the grinding wheel will contact with the rail up and down to finish the grinding operation. While the horizontal grinding operation will be finished by manipulating the sliding cart frame. Tilt wheel inclination is the responsibility of the block frame manipulation, maximum angle of tilt is around 30 degree. Pushing this machine and finish grinding work of different position.

Main structure: there are two parts: the grinding device assembly and large frame.

1, install a large frame with four unilateral insulation wheels moving on the track.

There are four double side wheels installed on the roller trolley frame which move vertically and horizontally on the large frame (grinding device).
